Fashion Design: 'Everything In Between'
Melbourne-based designer, Emily Cameron produced a graduate showcase which featured a playful juxtaposition of textiles inspired by Andy Warhol's floral art, Murakami's Superflat art movement, and 1960's fashion. This collection, entitled 'Everything In Between', studies the parallels between 2D and 3D print + ornamentation. The garments from this showcase are also composed of colorful chunky silhouettes, curvilinear detailing, and colossal-sized grommets. Emily constructed these funky pieces utilizing heat transfer vinyl and
various laser cut techniques.
